**Please note that any time you need for setup & clean up must be included in the hours booked. Arriving early or staying past your booked time will result in
a charge of $60 every 15 minutes.**
After submitting this form you will receive an electronic contract to sign, as well as, a non-refundable deposit invoice to pay.

Gathering Room
Our Gathering Room is the perfect venue for many special events. You can host over 100 people but will still feel intimate for a smaller event. We will work with you on how you envision setup with many table and chair options provided by us. Included are an attached kitchen and fenced-in outdoor area if desired.

$130 per hour
$115 per hour (5+hrs)
Balcony Room
With a capacity of 220, our Balcony Room is located on the 1873 Church side of our building, with beautiful stained glass windows. Hosting a special ceremony, celebration, or dinner for a large group? Consider the Balcony Room for an elegant & memorable event! Tables, chairs, lobby, and a buffet room are all included.
PRICING:
$195 per hour
$180 per hour (5+hrs; 7hrs max)**
Full Facility
Are you having a large corporate event, dinner, fundraiser, ceremony, or speaker? Rent our entire facility! You would have access to both rooms above and would also include our dressing rooms, buffet room, and lounge in the basement. Please ask about our discounted rates for fundraisers.
