**Please note that any time you need for setup & clean up must be included in the hours booked. Arriving early or staying past your booked time will result in
a charge of $60 every 15 minutes.**

After submitting this form you will receive an electronic contract to sign, as well as, a non-refundable deposit invoice to pay.

The date for your event is NOT booked until AFTER the contract is signed & non-refundable deposit invoice payment is made.
