Day 1 (ex. Friday): 10am to 10pm
Decorating, Rehearsal, and Rehearsal Dinner (if desired)
Day 2 (ex. Saturday): 10am to 11pm
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
A WEDDING COORDINATOR: The coordinator will help couples create a memorable & meaningful event.
*Specifically the coordinator will: Provide consultation to the bride and groom on planning the many aspects of the wedding ceremony and/or reception.

Wedding planning resources will be provided to the couple.

The coordinator will contact the couple to schedule an initial planning meeting.

Approximately three weeks before the wedding the coordinator will again meet with
the couple and gather all of the final details.

The coordinator will oversee the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

SOUND AND LIGHT TECHNICIAN: Attends rehearsal and confirms final arrangements, and attends ceremony and reception to provide microphones, orchestrate sound, light, PowerPoint (available before or after the ceremony), etc. The technician is not a DJ but can play your playlist from your Spotify Account.
SETUP: Includes set up according to your specific diagram. Setup prior to the event by our facility staff.
CLEANUP: Includes tear-down of tables & chairs, taking the trash out, cleaning floors & bathrooms.
