Day 1 (ex. Friday): 10am to 10pm

Decorating, Rehearsal, and Rehearsal Dinner (if desired)

Day 2 (ex. Saturday): 10am to 11pm

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

 

A WEDDING COORDINATOR: The coordinator will help couples create a memorable & meaningful event.

*Specifically the coordinator will: Provide consultation to the bride and groom on planning the many aspects of the wedding ceremony and/or reception.

  • Wedding planning resources will be provided to the couple.

  • The coordinator will contact the couple to schedule an initial planning meeting.

  • Approximately three weeks before the wedding the coordinator will again meet with

the couple and gather all of the final details.

  • The coordinator will oversee the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

 

FACILITY INCLUDES:

  • The Balcony Room for Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

  • Coat Room

  • Large Entryway Lobby for your Guest Book, Gifts & Cards

  • The Gathering Room for your “Cocktail Hour” and/or Rehearsal Dinner if desired

  • Bridal Suite

  • Bride’s Private Dressing Room

  • Groomsmen Room

  • Access for decorating on Friday at 10 am

  • Kitchen available for Caterer - Prep ONLY on Friday & Saturday

  • You can Bring in your own Caterer/Food and Alcohol

  • Banquet, Round & High Top Tables and Chairs for Balcony Room and/or Gathering Room for up to 220 guests

  • Directional Parking Signs for guests and Reserved Signs for your caterer & photographer

  • Wireless Headset Microphone for your officiant & Wireless Microphone for your Emcee & Toasts

  • High-Quality Sound System in Balcony and Gathering Rooms

  • Wedding Décor Rentals available

 

SOUND AND LIGHT TECHNICIAN: Attends rehearsal and confirms final arrangements, and attends ceremony and reception to provide microphones, orchestrate sound, light, PowerPoint (available before or after the ceremony), etc. The technician is not a DJ but can play your playlist from your Spotify Account. 

 

SETUP: Includes set up according to your specific diagram. Setup prior to the event by our facility staff.

 

CLEANUP:  Includes tear-down of tables & chairs, taking the trash out, cleaning floors & bathrooms.
